Throughout my career, I have led multiple teams and projects, leveraging my skills to achieve exceptional results. As a manager, I have successfully supervised day-to-day activities, coordinated workflows, and implemented strategic initiatives to drive operational efficiency and foster a positive work environment.
In my role as Manager of Development, I have been instrumental in aligning the department with company objectives and ensuring our teams stay at the forefront of technological advancements. By mentoring and fostering collaboration among team members, I have consistently enhanced overall performance and nurtured an innovative mindset for success. Furthermore, my expertise in project management has allowed me to deliver outstanding outcomes within budget and timeline, adding substantial value to organizations.
But my contributions extend beyond managerial roles. I have been actively involved in various activities such as coaching and training, including job interview training, Scrum-Agile training, and facilitating design thinking workshops. Sharing my knowledge and helping others excel has always been a priority for me.
In previous positions as a senior business consultant and project manager, I excelled in training and coaching corporate teams on Agile methodology, managing key client projects, and optimizing resource utilization through strong liaison efforts. Additionally, I have been engaged in community initiatives, facilitating connections between members and resolving issues to promote growth and engagement.
My educational background is equally strong, with a Master's degree in Data Science, a Post HBO-Bedrijfskunde, and degrees in HTS Informatica and MTS Electronica.
Aside from my rich experience, I hold certifications including Professional Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, ITIL, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and Lean Six Sigma Green. To further enhance my skill set, I have also undergone training in financial management, change management, strategic marketing, and coaching, among other areas.
